As our business grows, we’re looking for a motivated Customer Success Associate to join our team and play a key role in supporting and delighting our clients.

The Role


You’ll be the main point of contact for our customers — ensuring they get maximum value from our training platform and services. You’ll onboard new clients, build long-term relationships, and work closely with internal teams to ensure every customer’s experience is smooth, efficient, and positive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage relationships with assigned clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers with professionalism and efficiency
  • Support onboarding and training for new customers on our online learning platform
  • Monitor customer activity and proactively reach out to assist with renewals, usage, or training needs
  • Work closely with the sales and support teams to resolve issues and share customer feedback

Required Skills


  • Strong communication skills — confident on the telephone and in writing
  • Computer literate with solid proficiency in MS Office applications, SaaS, and cloud-based environments
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team
  • At least 1–2 years’ experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role

Desired Skills


  • Experience in e-learning, SaaS, or compliance training environments
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or similar online platforms
  • Experience in logistics or related industry desirable, but not essential
