Associate to join our team and play a key role in supporting and delighting our
clients.

You’ll be the main point of contact for our customers — ensuring they get
maximum value from our training platform and services.
You’ll onboard new clients, build long-term relationships, and work closely with
internal teams to ensure every customer’s experience is smooth, efficient, and
positive.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage relationships with assigned clients to ensure
satisfaction and retention
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers with professionalism
and efficiency
- Support onboarding and training for new customers on our online
learning platform
- Monitor customer activity and proactively reach out to assist with
renewals, usage, or training needs
- Work closely with the sales and support teams to resolve issues and
share customer feedback
