The Role

This role represents a great opportunity for a graduate or web professional to move into a dynamic start-up environment in order to deliver innovative online learning experiences.

The successful candidate will create and edit engaging content for our online courses.

You will be responsible for producing finished video content, imagery, etc. that make up the content of our online learning courses.

Capable of taking proposed course from storyboard stage/initial materials through to completed output in form of video, images, etc.

Required Skills

  • Experience of working with graphics packages including Adobe, Cinema 4D, or equivalent.
  • High degree of computer literacy.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (both in conversation and in writing).
  • Graphics and image processing, photo-manipulation, editing and image processing experience.

Desired Skills

  • Recent experience using eLearning development tools such as Captivate, Camtasia, and Articulate.
  • Experience developing eLearning courseware, job aids, online tutorials and/or other training materials.
  • Working knowledge of Camtasia 8
  • UI design and layout.
  • Experience with HTML email design.
  • Experience with multimedia content creation (including video production) desirable.
  • Adjusting media content (images, video) for various devices, screen sizes, bandwidths, etc.

Education

Bachelor's degree in e-learning, digital media, or related discipline.

OR

2+ years' experience in creating engaging content for online learning courses.
